Welcome to My Rising Vibe, a blog dedicated to energy wellness, healthy habits, and the mind-body connection. I’m so glad you’re here!

Below the surface, I am a recovering people pleaser, perfectionist, and worrier of everyone else’s problems.

It wasn’t until 2018 that I fully understood the extent of my struggle with anxiety and depression as a wife and mom. My coping mechanism was to stay excessively busy with my children, work, and exercise.

However, once I discovered Reiki, a form of energy healing, I started to slow down and challenge myself to delve deeper and uncover old limiting beliefs that needed to be cleared. This process led me to write and share my experience on the blog. You can check out my first blog post, My Midlife Reset.

Through my journey, I realized that we all have the ability to overcome our challenges and empower ourselves for change.

I consider myself intuitive and sensitive, deeply empathetic to the pain and suffering of others. I used to believe that in order to feel better, I had to prioritize everyone else’s needs before my own. However, it turns out that my own needs require attention.

The tools I’ve learned have helped me manage my energy and soothe my nervous system, regardless of external circumstances.

I firmly believe that by listening to our bodies and balancing our energy, we can achieve optimal wellness.

This blog summarizes everything I have learned along the way, and I continue to learn new things every day.
