Some quick facts about me:

• I’m a recovering people pleaser, perfectionist, and chronic worrier who finally got tired of carrying everyone else’s emotional luggage (my body feels so much better now!).

• In 2018, I hit my “enough is enough” moment with anxiety and depression. Turns out, filling every minute with kids, work, and exercise was just my way of avoiding how I really felt. I wrote my first blog post “My Midlife Reset” to share my shift into spirituality.

• Once I discovered Reiki and energy healing, everything changed. It was like someone handed me a user manual of my own system that I never knew existed.

• I write a weekly Sunday newsletter where I share insights about energy healing, nervous system regulation, and the messy journey of personal growth—all from someone who’s still very much a work in progress.

Why Read & Subscribe?

• I’ve always had this super-power (sometimes it feels like a curse) of being highly attuned to others’ emotions. My journey taught me that taking care of myself isn’t selfish—it’s actually necessary for a peaceful mind and physical wellness.
